We’re growing!
Welcome Graham Stamping, Container Services and Lawrence County School-To-Work to Lawrence Mercer Manufacturers Coalition’s membership.
The additions bring the total of member manufacturers and associated organizations promoting career opportunities and training and upskilling initiatives for the region’s manufacturing workforce to 15.
Graham Stamping, a third-generation family-owned company in Hermitage, has been a major player in the progressive stamping industry for 75 years. Serving the automotive, rail and commercial transportation industries, the company brings a deep commitment to the community and a wealth of experience.

“We joined LMMC to get more involved in the manufacturing space and diversify our business,” said David MacHarg III, president of Graham Stamping. “There’s a significant opportunity to reshape the perception of manufacturing careers, and we want to be part of that effort.”
Container Services, or CSI Bottles, is a custom blow molding company specializing in food-grade plastic containers that has been operating in New Castle since 2018. Known for producing the iconic “honey bear” bottles, CSI Bottles has quickly made its mark among the local manufacturing industry.

“Joining LMMC aligns perfectly with our goals to support workforce development in both Lawrence and Mercer counties,” said Brian Richards, plant manager at CSI Bottles. “Community is everything, and we’re excited to contribute to the region’s growth.”
Lawrence County School-to-Work partners industry and education to provide career awareness to middle and high school students and helps transition students from school to the workforce. Manufacturing Week and a Business and Industry Fair are among the organization’s established youth outreach events that complement LMMC initiatives.
“Businesses are just as important to us as the schools, and organizations like LMMC help connect us to local manufacturers who support our mission,” said Lynda Jaworski-Rapone, executive director, Lawrence County School-To-Work.
